Using real data from surveys answered by your actual team, you will gain an honest insight of what is and is not working in your organization - current employee morale, how they currently feel about the job and what they believe you can do to best support their growth. This data serves as a foundation for the next steps in preserving the agency’s future success.
Session Two: Building Morale in Your Agency
April 26, 2022 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST
This session will focus on specific strategies for boosting and maintaining your employee’s morale. You will receive creative and effective team-building exercises that will help your team feel valued, appreciated, and supported. Lastly, you will walk away with action steps for how to invest in key employees to solidify retention and succession planning.
Session Three: Enhancing Employee Ownership in the Nonprofit Mission

This session will help you identify and eliminate broken strategies and old methodology in service delivery that is no longer effective. Session Four: Generating Consistent and Stable Revenue for Your Nonprofit

In this session you will learn how to spend less time chasing money and identify how to build multiple and consistent revenue streams for your nonprofit. You will walk out of this session with at least 5 specific revenue generation methods outside of grant writing.
Session Five: Creating and Executing Your Revenue Strategy
May 31, 2022 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST
In this session, you will learn the exact process for creating a new revenue stream that will generate the money needed to stabilize or enhance your programs. You will be able to easily create your own strategy following 10 steps for mapping out a revenue strategy. You’ll also learn how to create your marketing and pitch strategy to secure a winning result.
Coaching Sessions
In addition to the 5, power-packed webinars, you will receive 2, 90-minute coaching calls with the trainers. These coaching calls will allow you to ask direct questions to help troubleshoot areas where you are stuck with executing the training content or provide additional support wherever you need it. You’ll even have a chance for your strategies and pitches to be reviewed and receive expert feedback.
